We provide objective assistance in the evaluation and selection of the most capable developer(s) while optimizing the return to our clients.
Finally, we are available to assist our clients throughout the negotiation process with the selected developer. We have also worked for developers interested in submitting development proposals, having a complete understanding of the process.
Public/Private Financing
Real Estate Solutions Group assists public clients and developers in structuring the financing for projects that require public/private participation. We examine the financial strength of the project, as well as the sources and uses and identify the "gap".
